Facilitating Seamless Departmental Merger Through Strategic Communication and Change Management Expertise
During a challenging assignment for the national government, I was able to translate change management during a merger of two departments into effective communication expressions. I set up and strengthened internal communication through strategic newsletters, social media posts and online communication. With my expertise in copywriting and corporate communications, I ensured a coherent communications strategy that ensured the merger went smoothly. This kept employees well informed and involved during the changes, which contributed to successful integration of the departments.
